hi, i'm charley! i'm 29 years old and vietnamese. i'm a nonbinary trans guy who's into fantasy ttrpgs, final fantasy xiv, and k-pop (SHINee, WayV, NCT 127 mostly :3).i've been drawing since i was a wee lad. i'm mostly self-taught. i've taken at least one art class before :o) despite my lack of formal art school experience, i always view the world around me with curiosity. ("how does the light shine off of this surface? why does this color look different in this circumstance? where would these shadows fall?..") and so my art skills have evolved over the years. and of course i always have more to learn and practice. thanks for checking out my portfolio!also, since i don't know where else to put it: i do not use and will NEVER use generative AI for my art. everything i've done has been done by my hand and through procreate.

⇨ all commissions are done digitally and i will send you the finished .png. please let me know if you want a differently sized canvas / specifications.
⇨ i will regularly send updates on the commission, but you may ask for a WIP at any time! i'm happy to share my progress on the piece with you.
⇨ you may share your commissioned works publicly so long as i am mentioned, tagged, and/or credited.
⇨ i reserve the rights to my artwork and to share the commissioned artwork on my own platforms and/or portfolio. if you wish your commission to be private, please let me know in advance.
⇨ payments must be made thru paypal, venmo, cashapp, or zelle. all prices are in USD.
⇨ i reserve the right to refuse any commission.
⇨ you may NOT use my works for NFTs, AI training, or generative AI art.
⇨ by commissioning me, you agree to these terms of service.

⇨ when i receive your request, i will reach out to you for more information and to discuss payments. i require full payment up front before i begin sketching!
⇨ please have any references handy! i also take character playlists, lore dumps, super specific instructions on how you want the pose, etc... there's no such thing as too much information :D
⇨ once payment is received, i'll draft a sketch and send it to you. if you ordered a color commission, i'll include a rough palette of the colors i will use. i will also send updates on my progress as i work.
⇨ turnaround times can take anywhere between 1 week to 2 months, depending on the complexity of the piece and my own schedule. i will keep you posted!
⇨ refunds will not be completed if the work has already been finished.
⇨ if i am unable to finish the commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
